Painting "The Great Lamp"

So as I spent my fall break in Auburn, I tried my hand at painting. I have never really been a painter, and the last thing I painted completely sucked. But anyways I decided to upload the most recent art. A painting on my favorite lamp. I featured a polaroid of this lamp earlier in this semester. So here it is "The Great Lamp" it took a really long time to do.

Hilarious Internet Article from CRACKED

For all those of you who visit to cracked.com you may have already read this article. I just recently have been visiting the site. Its hilarity has no limit. Whenever I read it, without fail, my stomach will hurt from all the laughter spilling out of me. It is a website that has ridiculous lists and countdowns of things that you want to read about. Even if the title is uninteresting, the article will make lose control. Just recently I read this article on "The 7 Most Useless Skymall Products" I couldn't stop the laughing. I suggest it to all. And be sure to read the reviews of each product, thats what gets me everytime. HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. It will brighten your day.

"Floor 1" Polaroid

This polaroid marks one of the strangest things I've ever seen. As I go up the steps from the basement I see the sign on the door that says floor 1. HA! As if it were the first floor! With 2 levels below this floor i just don't understand. This picture marks the last of polaroids till I receive more inspiration. Either from the weather or somehow else externally. This picture gives off a Halloween-Michael-Myers-Hospital vibe. He's gonna push through this door, stalk some naughty young couple, and brutally knife or strangle them. I would definitely suggest those movies. Never lets down if your trying to appreciate Horror figures of the 80s. This Polaroid is also dedicated to Halloween that is coming up. I've always loved halloween, and I hope parents out there continue to let there kids get sick with candy and make memories that they can randomly flash back to when fall weather blows in.

"Shelves" Polaroid

This polaroid was taken in the basement of Gorgas Library. Probably one of the most SKETCHIEST places on campus, if not the entire world. It is 2 floors below the computer lab which is at street level. No one is ever down there, and if they are then they have a murderer who is hiding out for a few days just till the heat blows over. It is complete with low ceilings bared doors and old STANK! There are no bathrooms or elevators. Not even all the lights are turned on. I filmed a little down there once. I hope to use it at a set one day for future filming. But in conclusion, my advice to the ladies, head down here if you want your chances of rape to increase. Advice to men, take a trip down there if you want your chances with the ladies to decrease.

"Fallen Robot" Polaroid

This is a polaroid of the fallen robot outside of Woods Hall. It looks so natural. It just looks like that robot keeled over right there. I don't know it got there or who did it, but if I find out I'll post it. It is an incredible piece of art! It is a beautiful mixture of the natural and the unnatural. It is the opposite of when you find beer cans in a river or trash on the side of a road. It's a robot thats dead now. It's freakin awesome.

"The Barracks" Polaroids

This is the corner of Woods Hall. Woods Hall houses studio art classrooms and graduate studios in the Department of Art and Art History at my school. Prior to 1884 it was just called the “barracks”. I was walking back from class when I realized how beautiful this was. It gives the school some serious civil war flare. The picture turned out great and the sun light did some excellent work. Enjoy! Polaroid number 3.

"Lakeside Diner" Polaroids

This is a picture of right outside the side door of my dorm. That's lakeside diner. I eat there a heck of a lot. Also that pond there has ducks in it all the time. I think their legs are chained to the bottom of the lake to make them stay.

New Polaroid Series! "Melting"

Thats right people! I'm back at. In honor of Tuscaloosa'a strange weather habits, I took to the campus to capture some great polaroids. There is a lot of people out there so many a side glance was given to me as I embarked on my new task of documenting college. Coming up I have 6 polaroids to be displayed. Here's how the first one turned out. It got mixed up with the package cover and came out pretty sweet. I was originally just taking a picture of my lab top and this is what came out.

New art.

New Nerf Gun Bloody Thumb

Here is a picture of my brand new N-Strike Maverick Nerf Gun. Yeah, I know its a revolver. And yes I do play nerf roulette, which is when I load one dart, spin the barrel, and take my chances by placing the gun against my head. So far i've died like 14 NERF deaths.
You may be wondering why I purchased such an awesome weapon. Besides the fact that it looks cool and holding a gun makes me feel more like a man, I got it for UA Humans Vs. Zombies. My roomate, Bryan Herren, has brought an incredible game to t-town.
This game is played over the course of a week and could last forever. Essentially the game stars with one zombie and everyone else playing is a human. The zombie is trying to turn all the humans into zombies. In order to do that the zombie just has to tag a human. The way a human protects himself is by stunning a zombie. This stunning lasts for 15 minutes and can be achieved by throwing a sock on a zombie or by, YES YOU GUESSED IT, shooting them with a nerf gun. The game lasts until all the humans are turned into zombies. But Zombies can die if they don't tag a human every 48 hours. The game is run out of this website.
All buildings are safe zones and there are missions for the humans to complete so that the humans don't hide out in there rooms for weeks on end.
Here is some video footage of the Original Humans vs. Zombies at Groucher College
