So I changed what my blog looked like. Now it looks less lame I think. Anyway I was talking with Ben the other day about an idea that I think will catch on pretty soon. Fads come and go. Some fads deal with clothing or appearance others with attitudes or furniture. A fad that I have seen growing in my time has been the sub-fad. Not the fads below, but this whole deep bass subwoofer fad. And, hey, I love it. I love having my pants shake right off my body because you installed four 28 inch subwoofers in the tiny cab of your truck. I love not being able to hear the actual music over the thud and heart punching bass.
But i know its just a fad and I had a new fad that will soon take the teens by storm. The HIGH end! Tweeters! Thats right the part of the speaker that produces the higher frequencies! Yay! now our ear drums can bleed with fire engine siren clarity! Who cares about bass any way. Its easy to play and normally the bass player in the band is the least important. Everybody just watch you'll see hip youngsters askin their parents for money to install the top of the line tweeters in their car. So now when you're waiting at a stop light your vehicle won't shake because the gotee'd 19 yr old next to you is "bumpin" but rather you'll feel your brain being squeezed into a tiny box from the high pitched tweeters of the new kid on the block. LOOK OUT HERE COMES SQUEAKY!
